Job Summary:
We are seeking a competent and creative Digital Marketing Executive to support and grow our digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, content creation & writing, managing social and digital platforms, and executing performance-driven campaigns aligned with the company's marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities & Duties (KRA):
- Digital Campaigns & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and monitor B2B lead generation campaigns using Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing.
- Use marketing automation tools and landing pages to capture and qualify leads.
- Content Creation & Writing
- Write and publish SEO-friendly content for blogs, website, newsletters, product brochures, and social media.
- Create marketing collaterals (banners, infographics, case studies) in coordination with design tools or graphic teams.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Social Media Marketing
- Plan and manage posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Track analytics and engagement for continuous improvement.
- Website Management
- Update and manage website content, product pages, and inquiry forms.
- Track web traffic using Google Analytics and optimize user experience.
- Budgeting & Reporting
- Track monthly digital spending and ROI on campaigns.
- Provide performance reports with actionable insights.
Key Performance Areas (KPA):
- Number of qualified leads generated per month.
- Website traffic growth and keyword ranking improvements.
- Engagement rates on social media platforms.
- Volume and quality of original content published.
- Campaign ROI and adherence to planned digital marketing budget.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
- Lead Generation SOP
- Define target segment → Choose appropriate channel → Run campaign → Collect leads → Qualify and report.
- Content Creation SOP
- Topic research → Draft content → SEO optimization → Internal review → Publish and share.
- Social Media SOP
- Prepare monthly calendar → Create post copy & visuals → Schedule using tools → Monitor & reply to engagement.
- SEO Management SOP
- Conduct site audit → Implement changes → Build backlinks → Monitor ranking and traffic via analytics tools.
- Reporting & Budget SOP
- Track campaign spend → Compile KPIs → Evaluate against goals → Share monthly report with leadership.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and WordPress.
- Strong writing skills for technical and promotional content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns with deadlines.
