Digital Marketing and Support Executive

Aafaq Distribution Company is seeking a Digital Marketing and Support Executive to join our team in Kuwait. This dual-role requires a blend of marketing, website creation and maintenance and customer support skills.

Responsibilities

• Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns. Create content for social media, SEO, and email.
• Website: Build and maintain the company's website and e-commerce platforms.
• Support: Handle customer inquiries and generate sales leads via digital channels.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years years in digital marketing, with website creation/maintenance.
• Skills: Proficient with CMS (WordPress/Shopify) and marketing tools.
• Office: Proficient with Excel fomulas and functions, and a good understanding of CRM workflows.
• Languages: Fluent in both English and Arabic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD300.000 - KD450.000 per month
