Sales Executive

Outdoor Sales Executive-

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team.

The role involves building strong relationships with potential and existing customers, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales for our car detailing, paint protection, and window tinting services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for cars, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients through outdoor sales visits, field prospecting, and networking.
• Promote and sell company services including car detailing, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, and window tinting.
• Conduct product demonstrations, explain features and benefits, and provide quotations to customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management team.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services to customers.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.
• Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of proven experience in outdoor sales (automotive or related industry experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license is a must.
• Knowledge or passion for cars and automotive services is a strong plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Good presentation and reporting skills.

Pay: KD250.000 - KD350.000 per month
