Marketing Executive - Al Saab Group

Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in coordinating and delivering marketing activities

across the group’s entities. This role bridges the central marketing function with each business

unit, ensuring campaigns and initiatives are executed effectively, aligned with the group’s

overall strategy, and contribute to stronger customer engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

 Entity Coordination: Act as the main liaison between the Group Marketing Department

and each entity (Construction, Design House, Workshop, and Furniture), ensuring

marketing needs are supported and aligned with group strategy.

 Campaign Support: Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring

deliverables are on-brand, timely, and aligned with business objectives.

 Direct Marketing Execution: Manage the operational rollout of SMS and WhatsApp

marketing campaigns, including scheduling, targeting, tracking, and reporting results.

 Marketing Calendar: Support the development and updating of annual and quarterly

marketing calendars for both the Group and individual entities.

 Event & Activation Support: Assist in planning and coordinating events, launches, and

promotional activations across entities.

 Content Coordination: Work closely with the Social Media Executive and Graphic

Designer to ensure cohesive content creation and campaign integration.

 Performance Monitoring: Track campaign KPIs (CTR, reach, conversions, engagement),

prepare reports, and provide insights for optimization.

 Supplier & Agency Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and

freelancers when required to ensure quality and timely output.

 Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day marketing operations, including budget

tracking, invoicing, and documentation.

 Compliance: Ensure all campaigns and communications comply with corporate identity

guidelines and brand standards.

Qualifications & Experience

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing coordination or campaign execution.

 Experience with SMS/WhatsApp campaign tools and familiarity with digital campaign

platforms.

 Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple

priorities.

 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work

across multiple entities.

 Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset.
