About Us:
Edujam LLP is a fast-growing EdTech company committed to empowering working professionals through skill-based and academic learning programs. We are expanding our digital team and looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and scale paid campaigns across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, and Microsoft Clarity
• Set up and manage Facebook Pixels, landing pages, and conversion tracking
• Execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp and WhatsApp marketing via platforms such as AiSensy and Watee
• Implement and maintain both on-page and off-page SEO strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals

Required Qualifications:

• 8 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in digital or performance marketing
• Proven experience managing digital ad budgets between ₹1L to ₹3L per month
• Strong knowledge of PPC platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience with performance tracking tools like Google Analytics and Power BI
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
• Experience with email and WhatsApp marketing platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
