Job Summary:

This role involves managing and growing the organization’s social media presence across multiple platforms. The position requires creativity in content creation, skills in video production, and an understanding of SEO to enhance online visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Shoot and edit reels, YouTube videos, and other short-form content.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for timely posting.
• Monitor social media performance, analyze results, and prepare reports.
• Optimize posts and content for SEO to increase visibility.
• Manage paid campaigns across digital channels.
• Stay updated with current trends and implement them effectively.
• Handle audience engagement, comments, and messages on platforms.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, content creation, and SEO.
• Proficiency in video editing and design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Good knowledge of social media algorithms and analytics tools.
• Strong communication skills and creativity.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
