Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist , you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for J Walt. You will work closely with our sales team to identify target markets and utilize various digital marketing channels to reach potential clients. Your creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of the Fitout industry will play a crucial role in our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
• Create compelling content for online platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Postings on Insta, Facebook, Tiktok etc
• Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Report on lead generation metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• 5 + years proven experience in lead generation in Fitout/Construction/Contracting industry in UAE .
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proven experience in multimedia content creation.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software.
