1. Performance Marketing (Primary Focus)
- Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with weekly ROAS tracking.
- Create and test static, carousel & UGC creatives with clear hooks and CTAs.
- Coordinate with designer for visuals and copy testing.
- Optional (Good to Have): Google Search/Shopping Campaigns setup and keyword optimization.
2. Retention & CRM Marketing
- Run weekly WhatsApp and email campaigns via tools like Interakt / AISensy / Klaviyo.
- Segment customers (1st-time vs repeat) and track conversion / repeat rate.
- Coordinate post-purchase flows, reviews and cross-sell messages.
3. Content & Social Media Execution
- Plan and schedule weekly posts (reels / stories / carousel).
- Coordinate with part-time recruiter / influencer manager for UGC videos and collabs.
- Write basic captions, hooks, and story lines aligned with brand voice.
- Monitor DMs, comments and engagement metrics.
4. Website & Analytics
- Update banners, combos, and offers on Shopify.
- Use GA / Meta Analytics to track CTR, CPC, ROAS and repeat rate.
- Coordinate basic Shopify apps for reviews, cart recovery and pop-ups.
