About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to handle social media management, reel creation, and SEO activities. The ideal candidate should have a blend of creativity and analytical thinking — someone who can create engaging content, shoot and edit reels, and optimize digital presence through effective SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan, shoot, and edit reels and short-form videos aligned with ongoing campaigns and brand tone
- Develop monthly content calendars and ensure timely posting
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and hooks for posts and reels
- Engage with the online audience — responding to comments, messages, and community interactions
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, audio trends, and algorithm updates
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for higher search rankings
- Monitor and analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush (or similar)
- Work with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in all digital content
- Track keyword performance, backlinks, and page speed improvements
- Generate monthly SEO reports and provide insights for performance improvement
General Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the design and development teams for campaign execution
- Analyze social media and SEO performance metrics to refine strategies
- Contribute creative ideas for digital campaigns and brand storytelling
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in social media management, reel creation, and SEO implementation
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Proficiency in video shooting and editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.)
- Understanding of SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills
- Creative mindset with trend awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communication, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, including social media management and SEO
- Hands-on experience in shooting and editing reels is mandatory

Pay: ₹10,331.43 - ₹30,000.00 per month
