Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive / Manager will be responsible for enhancing MOTMs online visibility, generating awareness, and creating engaging content that strengthens our brand presence.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity, data, and strategy to deliver real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Building & Awareness
- Manage and grow MOTM’s digital presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and the company website.
- Develop creative marketing campaigns to increase brand recognition and reach.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
2. Content Creation & Management
- Plan and create engaging social media posts, videos, and infographics that showcase MOTM’s expertise and client success stories.
- Write blog articles, case studies, and website content to highlight services, achievements, and thought leadership.
- Maintain a regular content calendar and coordinate with design teams for creatives.
3. Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) to drive visibility and leads.
- Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and optimize based on results.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.
4. SEO & Website Optimization
- Improve website ranking and visibility through on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize landing pages, blogs, and meta descriptions.
- Work with developers and content teams to enhance website performance and user experience.
5. Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite to track engagement and performance.
- Prepare monthly reports highlighting campaign insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Present data-driven insights to management for better marketing decisions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads, SEO, and LinkedIn Ads
- Canva or other design tools
- Social media management tools
- Basic video editing or storytelling skills (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret marketing data.
- Creative thinker who can turn business concepts into compelling stories.
