Digital Marketing Executive

1. Role Summary

Are you passionate about driving digital growth in the EdTech space? Cerebellum Academy is seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to spearhead full-funnel growth for our NEET PG, INI-CET & FMGE preparation products. You will own traffic generation, lead acquisition, and ROI across paid and organic channels, leveraging data-backed campaigns, compelling content, and continuous experimentation. This role requires close partnership with our Product and Content teams to achieve ambitious goals.

2. Core Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, UAC, Programmatic). CAC, ROAS, Spend vs. Target.

Organic Growth & SEO

  • Lead keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO initiatives.
  • Coordinate content calendar with faculty & content team. Non-paid traffic growth, SERP rankings improvement

Analytics & Experimentation

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards.
  • Design and run A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and pricing strategies. Test velocity, lift vs. control

Brand & Social Media

  • Develop and own the social media strategy across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
  • Craft engaging campaigns around key launches .Follower growth, engagement rate

3. Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in B2C Tech, EdTech, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Proven Expertise: Demonstrated command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console.
  • Important: Candidates MUST have prior knowledge and demonstrable experience in running advertising campaigns specifically for in-App Purchases (IAP).
  • Strong Analytical Mindset: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; able to analyze data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Compelling Copywriting: Excellent sense for creating engaging copy tailored to a medical-exam preparation audience (English + Hinglish preferred).

4. Preferred Qualifications (Good-to-Have)

  • Familiarity with the medical entrance preparation market and competitor landscape (e.g., Marrow, PrepLadder).
  • Experience scaling app-first products using tools like Universal App Campaigns (UAC) and Firebase Analytics.
  • Broader digital marketing knowledge (e.g., Google Ads certifications, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot).
  • Basic video editing skills or experience with design tools like Canva/Figma.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
