Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The role requires a mix of creative and analytical skills to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage SEO and SEM activities to increase website visibility and organic traffic.
  • Develop and manage engaging content for social media, email marketing, and blogs.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and creative effectiveness.
  • Optimize landing pages and user funnels for better conversion rates.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Support in planning and executing online events, webinars, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Semrush, etc.).
  • Good understanding of content marketing and social media strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Basic understanding of Canva, Adobe tools, or video editing for digital creatives.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of WordPress or website CMS platforms.
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for graphic design, video creation, and social media scheduling.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Growth in website traffic and social media engagement.
  • Improvement in lead generation and conversion rates.
  • ROI from digital ad campaigns.
  • SEO performance (keyword rankings, organic reach).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
