Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The role requires a mix of creative and analytical skills to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage SEO and SEM activities to increase website visibility and organic traffic.
- Develop and manage engaging content for social media, email marketing, and blogs.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and creative effectiveness.
- Optimize landing pages and user funnels for better conversion rates.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Support in planning and executing online events, webinars, and promotional activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Semrush, etc.).
- Good understanding of content marketing and social media strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Basic understanding of Canva, Adobe tools, or video editing for digital creatives.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of WordPress or website CMS platforms.
- Experience with AI-driven marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools for graphic design, video creation, and social media scheduling.

- Growth in website traffic and social media engagement.
- Improvement in lead generation and conversion rates.
- ROI from digital ad campaigns.
