. Campaign Management

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust budgets, bids, and creatives for best ROI.

2. Performance Analysis

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights for management.
  • Identify trends and insights to improve campaign performance.

3. Creative & Strategy Development

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging ad creatives and visuals.
  • Write compelling ad copy tailored for each campaign goal.
  • Suggest new strategies for lead generation, brand visibility, and conversion optimization.

4. Budget & ROI Optimization

  • Plan and allocate daily/monthly ad budgets efficiently.
  • Monitor cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-lead (CPL), and ROAS to ensure profitability.

5. Additional Digital Activities (Preferred but not mandatory)

  • Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and remarketing funnels.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or WordPress for product or landing page coordination.
  • Support in running seasonal campaigns, offers, and product launches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
