Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a digital enthusiast with a passion for learning how to create, implement, track, and optimize diverse digital marketing campaigns for multiple clients across various industries. This entry-to-mid-level role requires a proactive self-starter eager to develop their skills, manage projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Client Collaboration: Support account managers by compiling reports and assisting in client communication to understand objectives, explain key performance metrics (KPIs), and manage expectations.
  • Content & Creative: Collaborate with internal creative teams (designers, copywriters) to develop compelling content, landing pages, and user experiences.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report basic performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals using tools like Google Analytics.
  • SEO/PPC Management: Learn to conduct keyword research, assist with basic PPC campaign management across search engines and social media, and support on-page SEO optimization efforts.
  • Market Research: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and new opportunities for clients.
  • Emerging Technologies: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven working experience (1-2+ years is ideal) in a digital marketing role; prior experience in an agency setting is highly preferred.
  • Platform Proficiency: Demonstrable basic experience or familiarity in managing SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns. Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, and WordPress is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong desire to learn analytical abilities and data-driven thinking to evaluate performance across multiple channels.
  • Communication: Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is typically required.
  • Certifications: Google Ads or Google Analytics certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
