We are seeking a talented and results-driven Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. - Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Client Collaboration: Support account managers by compiling reports and assisting in client communication to understand objectives, explain key performance metrics (KPIs), and manage expectations.
- Content & Creative: Collaborate with internal creative teams (designers, copywriters) to develop compelling content, landing pages, and user experiences.
- Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report basic performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals using tools like Google Analytics.
- SEO/PPC Management: Learn to conduct keyword research, assist with basic PPC campaign management across search engines and social media, and support on-page SEO optimization efforts.
- Market Research: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and new opportunities for clients.
- Emerging Technologies: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven working experience (1-2+ years is ideal) in a digital marketing role; prior experience in an agency setting is highly preferred.
- Platform Proficiency: Demonstrable basic experience or familiarity in managing SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns. Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, and WordPress is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong desire to learn analytical abilities and data-driven thinking to evaluate performance across multiple channels.
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is typically required.
- Certifications: Google Ads or Google Analytics certifications are a plus.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
