We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketer with strong hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, Organic & Paid Lead Generation, and detailed SEO knowledge. The ideal candidate will support digital growth, manage performance campaigns, improve search visibility, and contribute to user acquisition and conversion across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).
  • Build monthly content calendars aligned with branding and marketing goals.
  • Create engaging multimedia content including captions, posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short videos.
  • Execute organic and paid lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Manage full-funnel user acquisition and retargeting campaigns to improve conversions.
  • Optimize paid campaigns using A/B testing, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative improvements.
  • Track and improve lead flow, lead quality, CPL, user conversion, and ROI.

Detailed SEO Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap studies.
  • Optimize website pages, landing pages, and blog content with advanced on-page SEO techniques (metadata, headers, alt tags, schema, URL optimization, internal linking, content structuring).
  • Perform technical SEO tasks including crawl issue checks, indexing improvements, Core Web Vitals, site speed audits, mobile optimization, and resolving broken links or redirect issues.
  • Maintain sitemaps, robots.txt, structured data, and ensure proper site architecture.
  • Support content updates, content optimization, and content acquisition for SEO growth.
  • Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, SERP visibility, and user behavior.
  • Use SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Surfer (if any).
  • Provide SEO insights for landing pages, ad campaigns, and social content.
  • Track performance metrics including traffic, impressions, CTR, ranking improvements, and conversions.

General Digital Responsibilities:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommended actions.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams for content creation and campaign execution.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, UGC content, and community engagement.
  • Ensure brand compliance and consistency in all posts and campaigns.
  • Use scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social scheduling tools.
  • Support email marketing, landing page improvements, and basic funnel optimization.
  • Stay updated with trends in SMM, SEO, paid ads, user acquisition, and digital growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a clear focus on SEO, SMM, and Lead Generation.
  • Strong working knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Experience running paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Ability to generate organic and paid leads and drive user conversion.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, content optimization, analytics, and reporting.
  • Experience with SEO tools (Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
  • Strong writing and content development abilities for social and website content.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with influencer and UGC campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, landing page tools, or marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of conversion funnels and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Exposure to AI tools for content, keyword research, and ad automation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
