Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a specialized focus on outreach and link building to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven ability to build relationships and execute effective outreach strategies. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online visibility, driving organic traffic, and supporting overall marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outreach & Link Building:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive outreach strategies to secure high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites, bloggers, influencers, and industry publications.
  • Identify and research potential outreach targets relevant to our niche and target audience.
  • Craft personalized and compelling outreach emails and communications to build rapport and pitch content/collaboration opportunities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of outreach campaigns, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and grow a database of contacts and relationships for future outreach efforts.
  • Content Promotion:
  • Collaborate with the content team to identify opportunities for content promotion through outreach channels.
  • Distribute engaging content across relevant platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • SEO Support:
  • Conduct keyword research to identify valuable opportunities for content creation and optimization.
  • Assist in on-page and technical SEO efforts to improve website rankings and performance.
  • Monitor SEO trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
  • Social Media Engagement:
  • Support social media efforts by identifying influencers and communities for content sharing and engagement.
  • Assist in scheduling and posting content across various social media platforms.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and report on key digital marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, rankings, conversions, backlink growth).
  • Use analytics tools to derive insights and make recommendations for optimizing campaigns.
  • General Digital Marketing:
  • Contribute to broader digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, PPC, and content marketing, as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • [X] years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, with at least [Y] years specifically in SEO outreach, link building, or public relations.
  • Demonstrable track record of successful link acquisition and improving organic search visibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to craft persuasive messages.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience with B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Familiarity with PR and media relations.
