Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Executive to execute digital marketing strategies for our manufacturing business. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our online presence, increasing brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and driving customer engagement. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to develop strategies that attract industrial clients, OEMs, distributors, and partners, with a focus on B2B marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation, brand visibility, and conversion for the manufacturing sector.
  • Manage B2B digital campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, industry-specific forums) to generate qualified leads and drive traffic to the website.
  • Optimize the website for SEO, ensuring content is aligned with manufacturing-related search terms, product categories, and services to drive organic traffic from search engines.
  • Develop and execute PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn) focused on B2B audience targeting, driving conversions for inquiries, RFPs, and product demos.
  • Leverage content marketing (case studies, white papers, technical blogs, product specifications) to educate potential clients on the benefits and applications of our manufacturing solutions.
  • Manage and maintain social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry-specific platforms, to engage with industry professionals and generate interest in our products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with their goals, ensuring that lead generation and nurturing efforts translate into sales.
  • Analyze and report on digital marketing performance, tracking key metrics like lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost to optimize strategies.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote product launches, events, or company news to existing and potential clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing innovations within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
  • Optimize landing pages and lead capture forms to improve conversion rates and overall user experience for prospects.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all digital content and collateral are consistent with brand guidelines and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or B2B sectors.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing strategies, including lead generation, SEO and social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of industrial SEO and ability to tailor content for manufacturing-related searches and technical specifications.
  • Experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms, with a focus on driving high-quality B2B leads.
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing sales funnel and how digital marketing strategies can drive inquiries, requests for proposals (RFPs), and partnerships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages, email campaigns, and sales funnels to nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling content that resonates with B2B buyers in the manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific tools such as product data management systems, CAD software integration, and manufacturing operations.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus, especially for local market engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the UAE manufacturing market or familiarity with the GCC region’s manufacturing landscape.
  • Certification in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms for manufacturing or industrial products, especially those targeting wholesale or bulk purchasing.
  • A technical or engineering background is a plus, as it will help in understanding product specifications and communicating value propositions to technical decision-makers.
