Job Summary

Inwider Technologies is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online marketing activities, create engaging social media content, send newsletters to clients, and generate new business leads remotely. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing our online presence and promoting our IT services, including CCTV solutions, networking, IT AMC, attendance machines, and other technology services.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management

• Create and schedule daily/weekly posts across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Design creative graphics, short videos, and reels to promote IT services and solutions.
• Monitor page activity, respond to inquiries, and maintain brand consistency.
• Increase followers, reach, and engagement through organic and paid campaigns.

2. Email Marketing & Newsletters

• Prepare and send newsletters to clients about promotions, updates, and new IT solutions.
• Maintain email lists, segmentation, and subscriber growth.
• Use tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Track open rates, click rates, and improve email performance.

3. Lead Generation & Client Communication

• Generate new client inquiries through social media outreach, messages, and email marketing.
• Communicate with potential customers remotely via WhatsApp, email, or calls.
• Share company service brochures, proposals, and IT solution details with clients.
• Qualify leads and coordinate with the Sales Team for follow-ups.

4. Content Creation

• Prepare marketing content for websites, blogs, and social media campaigns.
• Write clear and engaging captions, product descriptions, and promotional messages.
• Stay updated with IT industry trends and create relevant content.

5. Digital Marketing Activities

• Assist in running Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing campaigns (optional but preferred).
• Monitor website analytics, SEO performance, and improve rankings.
• Maintain an online calendar for weekly marketing tasks and campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Basic knowledge of IT services (CCTV, networking, AMC) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and creative thinking.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or simple design tools.
• Understanding of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.).
