We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in SEO along with strong skills in digital campaigns, social media, and content optimization. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and display networks.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO, including keyword research, technical audits, and backlink strategies.
- Optimize website content, blogs, landing pages, and app store listings for organic growth.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and create engaging content calendars.
- Run and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to improve ROI and conversions.
- Track performance KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPM, leads, bounce rate, sessions, etc.
- Coordinate with designers and content writers to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
- Perform competitor analysis, market research, and trend identification.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Support brand-building activities and new campaign ideas.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing and SEO.
- Strong understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz preferred).
- Knowledge of organic and paid growth strategies.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (optional but preferred).
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
