Role Overview
This role combines social media management with essential digital marketing skills, including website optimization, SEO, CRM handling, and content-driven lead generation. The candidate will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to enhance Palram India’s digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Plan monthly content calendars and ensure on-time publishing.
- Respond to messages, comments, and maintain consistent brand engagement.
- Monitor competitor activity and industrial trends.
2. Content Creation & Coordination
- Write compelling captions, product stories, blogs, and social copy.
- Coordinate with designers for creatives, videos, and infographics.
- Support creation of product-focused content for construction, agricultural, and industrial applications.
3. Website & SEO Management
- On-Page SEO:
- Optimize website pages with keywords, meta tags, internal linking, and content improvements.
- Ensure proper use of headers, alt text, and SEO-friendly URLs.
- Off-Page SEO:
- Assist with backlink building, directory submissions, article postings, and outreach activities.
- Monitor and improve domain authority and rankings.
- WordPress Management:
- Update website content, blogs, product pages, and banners.
- Manage plugins, basic layout adjustments, and page improvements.
4. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Email Marketing: Create and send newsletters, promotions, and product updates.
- WhatsApp Marketing: Assist in targeted communication and lead nurturing campaigns.
- CRM Understanding (HubSpot/Zoho):
- Update leads, track stages, manage basic automation, and coordinate follow-ups with sales teams.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track social media performance (reach, engagement, follower growth).
- Assist with website insights using basic analytics tools.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports with insights and improvement suggestions.
6. Campaign & Event Support
- Assist in digital campaigns for product launches and exhibitions.
- Support branding activities in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in social media and digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress website management.
- Understanding of On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Zoho.
- Experience with Email and WhatsApp marketing tools.
- Strong communication, copywriting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills
- Basic design skills in Canva or Adobe tools.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, or keyword research tools.
- Understanding of paid ads (Facebook/LinkedIn/Google Ads) is a plus.
