We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with performance marketing, social media management, SEO/SEM, and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other ad networks.
- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns (PPC, display ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
- Develop strategies for SEO and SEM to increase website visibility and traffic.
- Manage social media pages, schedule content, and engage with followers.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to create engaging creatives and ad copies.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
- Track and manage marketing budgets effectively.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
- Support lead generation and conversion initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and best practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools is a plus.
