We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can help elevate our online visibility, engage our community, and communicate the value of our aesthetic solutions across digital platforms.

Job Description

A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales. The role involves managing digital channels, analyzing performance data, and supporting overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage paid ads (PPC), display advertising, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and KPIs.

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage company social media accounts and create engaging content.
  • Monitor engagement, track performance, and grow social media presence.
  • Develop social media calendars and campaign strategies.

3. SEO & Website Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve search rankings.
  • Work with web developers to improve site speed, UX, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.

4. Content Marketing

  • Coordinate the creation of blogs, landing pages, email content, and marketing materials.
  • Assist in developing content strategies to improve organic traffic and lead generation.
  • Proofread and optimize content for digital platforms.

5. Email Marketing

  • Plan and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows.
  • Segment audiences and track email performance metrics.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance across digital channels.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools.
  • Suggest improvements based on data insights.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, CRM systems).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing is a plus.

Experience

  • Typically 2–3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign management and digital analytics is preferred.
