- Google Analytics Certification: Expert-level proficiency in tracking, analysis, and reporting to ensure all digital efforts drive measurable ROI.
- CRM Expertise (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho): Proven ability to manage customer data, segment audiences, design automated email workflows, and leverage the platform for targeted, personalized campaigns and retention.
- Media Buying: Experience planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- E-Commerce Management & CMS: Practical experience managing product data, promotions, and conversion optimization on an online store, plus proficiency in a major Content Management System (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) for website updates.
- Content Creation & Social Media Management: Talent for creating engaging, on-brand content and managing strategic organic and paid social channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute CRM strategies that increase customer retention and lifetime value.
