We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute online marketing activities for our luxury perfume and cosmetics brand in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital advertising, analytics, content coordination, and driving online customer engagement. Candidates with UAE experience and a solid understanding of the beauty/perfume market will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Handle email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor website and campaign performance, applying data-driven improvements to boost results.
- Optimize product pages and landing pages to increase conversions.
- Research competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to create compelling and cohesive campaigns.
- Support e-commerce activities including product updates, promotions, and online customer engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, strategies, and beauty industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Prior UAE experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing platforms.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
