Marketing & Brand Management

 Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

 Ensure consistency with company branding, tone, and visual identity.

 Manage and update marketing materials such as brochures, catalogues, presentations,

banners, and social media assets.

 Monitor brand presence and reputation across online platforms.

Digital Marketing

 Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)

including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

 Run paid advertising campaigns and track their performance (Facebook Ads, Google

Ads).

 Improve website traffic through SEO and content updates.

 Analyse digital metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and generate monthly reports.

Sales Support

 Coordinate closely with Sales Teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

 Generate leads through targeted marketing activities and follow-up funnels.

 Assist in preparing proposals, client presentations, and marketing collaterals.

 Support promotional events, webinars, product launches, and training announcements.

Market Research & Analysis

 Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends.

 Identify new markets, customer groups, and potential partners.

 Provide recommendations to management based on market insights.

Content Creation

 Write, proofread, and edit marketing content including posts, newsletters, website pages,

and advertising copy.

 Create simple graphics using Canva or similar tools (banners, ads, posters).

 Support production of videos, reels, and promotional clips.

Events & Campaign Coordination

 Assist in planning and executing offline and online marketing events.

 Coordinate photography, videography, and design requirements.

 Prepare post-event reports and performance summaries.

Reporting

 Submit weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

 Submit month marketing plan

 Track KPIs such as lead generation, conversion results of campaigns, engagement

growth, and event ROI.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
