Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in driving e-commerce performance. This role will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns, website updates, and online growth initiatives across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and update the companys Magento e-commerce website, ensuring accurate product listings, SEO-friendly content, and smooth user experience

Execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and other relevant channels

Optimize product pages, landing pages, and navigation for improved conversion and customer experience

Coordinate with developers, designers, and the e-commerce team to manage website enhancements, promotions, and new feature rollouts

Monitor website performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, sales funnel) and provide insights

Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve visibility and organic traffic

Manage the digital content calendar, including blogs, banners, emails, and push notifications

Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify digital growth opportunities

Support CRM, loyalty, and retention campaigns to enhance customer engagement

Track campaign performance and prepare reports for management
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, E-commerce, or related field

2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong Magento (Adobe Commerce) experience

Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media advertising, and email marketing tools

Experience in managing e-commerce platforms, product catalogs, and promotional content

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret digital performance data

Creative mindset with excellent communication and copywriting skills

Familiarity with CMS, marketing automation tools, or Shopify/WooCommerce is a plus, but Magento experience is mandatory
