We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Organic SEO and Paid PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing strategies to improve organic visibility, lead generation, and ROI. Experience working in a client-facing, multi-industry environment and exposure to AI-driven marketing tools will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Organic SEO Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and enhance search engine visibility
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush
- Optimize on-page SEO elements including meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking, and content structure
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO-optimized, intent-driven content that aligns with business goals
- Plan and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority
- Perform technical SEO audits focusing on site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, indexing, and URL structure
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools
- Prepare detailed SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Paid Marketing (PPC & SEM) Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
- Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and allocations to maximize ROI and cost efficiency
- Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing pages, and conduct A/B testing to improve conversions
- Perform audience research, targeting, segmentation, and remarketing strategies across platforms
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social analytics tools
- Provide data-driven insights and continuous optimization recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
- Execute cross-platform integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and platform-specific optimization
Nice to have:
- Execute email marketing campaigns including lead nurturing, drip campaigns, and newsletters
- Use AI marketing tools for content creation, automation, reporting, and campaign optimization
- Coordinate with designers for basic creatives such as banners, ad visuals, and social media posts
- Collaborate with design, development, sales, and content teams for seamless campaign execution
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to management and clients
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and PPC campaign management
- Strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMO, and Paid Advertising
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Search Console
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mail chimp)
- Working knowledge of WordPress and landing page optimization
- Familiarity with AI tools for digital marketing and analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred / Added Advantages
- Client-handling experience in an IT services or software product company
- Exposure to multiple industries client handling
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, or Digital Marketing
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, or lead-generation-focused campaigns
