Jithvar Consultancy Services is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage client social media accounts and performance-driven paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

This role requires someone who understands both brand building and performance marketing, and can deliver measurable results for multiple client accounts.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

  • Manage end-to-end social media accounts for multiple clients
  • Plan and create monthly content calendars aligned with client goals
  • Coordinate with designers and content teams for creatives and captions
  • Schedule posts and ensure consistent brand communication
  • Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
  • Track performance and optimize content strategy

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:
  • Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • LinkedIn Ads (where applicable)
  • Perform audience research, targeting, and retargeting
  • Optimize budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking (Pixel, GA4, GTM – basic level)

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and engagement
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients
  • Share insights, recommendations, and growth strategies

Client Coordination

  • Understand client business objectives and marketing goals
  • Communicate campaign performance clearly and professionally
  • Proactively suggest improvements, new ideas, and scaling strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing for brands or clients
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and ad algorithms
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and presentation abilities

Good to Have (Preferred)

  • Experience working in a digital agency or consultancy environment
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or Figma
  • Experience with influencer marketing or brand collaborations
  • Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization
