Plan and run digital marketing campaigns for flight tickets, holiday packages, visas, and special offers.
- Generate quality leads using Facebook, Instagram (Meta), Google Ads, and other online platforms.
- Monitor advertisements regularly and optimize them for better results.
- Manage company social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and Google Business Profile.
- Increase followers, engagement, and enquiries through regular and strategic posting.
- Create posts, reels, stories, and promotional creatives related to travel services and offers.
- Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve website visibility and organic reach.
- Reply to customer messages, comments, and enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Write attractive captions and create posters, short videos, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with the sales team to promote weekly and monthly travel offers.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Update website content related to tour packages, offers, and travel services.
- Manage and respond to Google Reviews and other online reviews.
- Track campaign performance using analytics and insights tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, reach, and conversions.
- Suggest improvements based on performance data and results.
