Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage Google AdWords campaigns to improve Return on Investment (ROI) and generate detailed reports on campaign performance.
- Develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness, provide recommendations for improvement, and continually revise campaign strategy.
- Utilize web analytics data to understand user behaviour, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize digital marketing initiatives.
- Integrate SEM campaigns, including Paid Search (PPC), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media advertising, and other paid/non-paid mediums, to maximize online visibility and drive traffic to our platforms.
- Oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts for select products, collaborating with SEO agencies to implement best practices and generate comprehensive reports on SEO performance.
- Execute Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, monitoring performance metrics and adjusting targeting and messaging as needed to achieve campaign objectives.
- Manage content calendar and oversee content creation efforts, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and strategic objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate participation in events, webinars, PR opportunities, and publications to increase brand awareness and reach target audiences.
- Utilize HubSpot for marketing automation, including email campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation, to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement content marketing initiatives across organic and paid channels, leveraging a mix of written, visual, and multimedia content to engage audiences and drive conversions.
- Drive product marketing-led branding and thought leadership initiatives, positioning our products as industry leaders and driving customer engagement and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEM, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Proven experience managing Google AdWords campaigns and generating detailed performance reports.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
