We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support and execute our digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for an early-career marketer with strong hands-on exposure to paid ads, SEO, social media, content creation, and analytics. You will work closely with internal teams, creative resources, and UGC creators to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant channels to improve performance and ROI.
- Support SEO initiatives, including on-page optimization, keyword research, basic technical SEO, and link-building activities.
- Coordinate the creation of engaging digital content and visual assets for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
- Manage and support day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and audience engagement.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools; prepare basic reports on KPIs such as traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Collaborate with UGC creators and content partners to produce authentic and engaging content aligned with brand messaging.
- Assist in motion graphics and video content coordination for digital campaigns (basic understanding required).
- Support product packaging and marketing collateral design by coordinating with designers and ensuring brand alignment.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Assist senior team members with insights, documentation, and campaign optimization recommendations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role (internships count).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and SEO fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Ads Manager, or similar analytics tools.
- Understanding of social media platforms and content marketing best practices.
- Exposure to working with UGC creators or influencer content is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video content, or design tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
