Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Executive with practical experience across Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, and both organic and paid lead generation. This role will play a key part in driving digital visibility, acquiring qualified users, and improving conversion performance across multiple online channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
  • Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars aligned with marketing and brand objectives.
  • Create platform-appropriate content such as posts, captions, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and support community growth.
  • Execute and manage paid lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Support full-funnel user acquisition strategies including prospecting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Track performance metrics such as leads, CPL, conversion rates, ROI, and lead quality.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and content opportunity analysis.
  • Optimize website pages, landing pages, and blogs using advanced on-page SEO best practices.
  • Perform technical SEO checks including crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and link health.
  • Maintain SEO fundamentals such as sitemaps, robots.txt, URL structures, and internal linking.
  • Provide SEO recommendations to support landing pages, ad campaigns, and social content performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly digital performance reports with insights and action points.
  • Support email marketing initiatives, landing page improvements, and basic funnel optimization activities.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in SEO, SMM, performance marketing, and digital growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, with exposure to SEO, SMM, and lead generation.
  • Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to drive both organic and paid user acquisition and improve conversion outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools such as Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Good writing skills for social media, website, and basic marketing content.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with influencers, creators, or UGC-driven campaigns.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM platforms, landing page builders, or marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of conversion funnels and CRO fundamentals.
  • Exposure to AI-powered tools for content creation, keyword research, or ad optimization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
