Job Summary

SourceTek, a portfolio company of Services Tree, is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive for its client Codesynx. We are looking for a motivated individual with hands-on experience across multiple digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, and basic paid advertising. The ideal candidate should be passionate about growing brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, social media, and paid ads
• Manage and optimize on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
• Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, internal linking, and landing pages
• Manage basic Google Ads and social media ad campaigns
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad platforms
• Identify and fix SEO, website performance, page speed, and UX issues
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams
• Plan and manage content publishing and social media presence
• Build quality backlinks and digital partnerships
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and basic paid ads
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
• Knowledge of keyword research, ranking factors, and digital marketing trends
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (plus)
• Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Basic knowledge of content marketing, email marketing, or CRO
• Experience handling local or international digital marketing projects
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or Looker Studio
