Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Social Media Presence: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Performance Analysis: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Optimization: Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Content Creation: Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaboration: Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Ad Platforms: Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and Facebook Ads campaigns.
• Analytical Mindset: Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Trends: Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
