Job Description:

We are seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive with at least one year of hands-on experience in Dubai’s real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, executing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing website content, and driving lead generation. We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven professional who can enhance brand visibility and support business growth through effective online strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Advertising:

Plan, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads.

Track ad performance and ROI using analytics tools; generate regular reports and actionable insights.

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings and visibility.

Website & Content Management:

Regularly update website content, ensuring it's aligned with SEO best practices and user experience goals.

Write and edit compelling blog posts, landing pages, and property descriptions to attract and retain traffic.

Monitor website analytics and collaborate on UI/UX enhancements.

Market Research & Strategy:

Stay updated on the latest digital trends, tools, and real estate market developments in Dubai.

Develop creative campaigns and lead generation strategies aligned with business objectives.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support conversion goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) is required.

Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and online advertising best practices.

Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS; basic HTML knowledge is a plus.

Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, etc.

Strong communication skills with a knack for writing and creative storytelling.

Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and adapt campaigns based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
