Digital Marketing Specialist (Content + Outbound)

We’re hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist focused on creating strong digital content and running cold outbound email campaigns. You’ll write, build, and ship content that converts—and use outbound tools to generate qualified conversations.

What you’ll do

• Create digital content that drives leads: landing pages, short sales pages, email sequences, ads/social posts
• Produce content beyond text: simple visuals (Canva/templates) and short videos (light editing is enough)
• Build and run cold outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Mailshake, Smartlead (or similar)
• Write and test cold email sequences: subject lines, personalization, follow-ups, deliverability basics
• Coordinate with sales to align messaging, offers, and lead quality feedback
• Track results weekly (reply rates, booked calls, conversions) and improve based on what works

Must-have experience

• 3+ years in digital marketing or growth for B2B (SaaS/tech preferred)
• Strong content creation experience (writing + basic creative assets like images/video)
• Proven experience running cold email outreach with modern tools (setup + execution + iteration)
• Clear, persuasive writing with good structure and audience awareness
• Comfortable owning execution end-to-end and working fast

Nice to have

• SEO experience (keyword research, on-page basics, content planning)
• HubSpot or another CRM/marketing automation tool
