Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketer who understands performance marketing metrics, can manage a Shopify website, and has a strong interest in content creation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working hands-on across ads, analytics, website updates, and basic content editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads)
• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and funnel performance
• Manage and update the Shopify website (product uploads, collections, banners, basic UI updates)
• Optimize website pages for conversion and user experience
• Create content ideas for social media, ads, and website
• Assist in basic content editing (images/videos) for ads and social platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and content alignment
• Prepare performance reports and share insights for improvementTechnical Requirements

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
• Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs and metrics
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
• Working knowledge of Shopify (backend management)
• Interest in content creation (reels, posts, ad creatives)
• Basic editing skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar
• Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)

Good to Have

• Experience in D2C or eCommerce brands
• Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization
• Creative mindset with data-driven decision making
