Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Sourcetek is a recruiting and staffing agency. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive for one of our clients — an IT company based in Lahore. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with digital marketing tools, design platforms, and video editing software, with a strong ability to create engaging content and maintain brand consistency across channels.

Major responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, web, email, and other channels
• Manage and grow company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Gather client reviews and shoot client videos for website and social media use
• Create engaging and high-quality visual content using design tools
• Edit and produce video content for social media and digital campaigns
• Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to improve performance
• Update and maintain website content regularly
• Ensure all digital content aligns with brand guidelines
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives
