Job Description:

Do you have 2–3 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads and Facebook campaigns? If you're looking for an opportunity to grow fast, read on.

We're looking for someone who enjoys coordinating with people inside and outside the company and consistently gets the work done. You'll start by promoting our existing services, then take ownership of building our online lead generation engine — working closely with team members, agencies, and vendors. Because of this, strong English (verbal and written) and excellent coordination skills are essential.

What you'll be doing

• Set up and manage Google Ads and Facebook PPC campaigns, including conversion tracking — coordinating with agencies/vendors where needed and driving the work to completion
• Conduct keyword research and optimization
• Commission and edit content from content writers
• Publish content across the WordPress site, blog, and social media channels
• Optimize ad spend and performance based on Analytics data
• Measure and report on all campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)

What we're looking for

• 2–3 years of hands-on Google Ads and Facebook advertising experience
• Strong written and verbal English only
• Skilled in keyword research, selection, and link building
• Basic working knowledge of HTML and WordPress
• Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Drive
• A genuine love of learning, especially online
• Strong sense of integrity and honesty
• Reliable laptop/computer and home internet
• Disciplined about daily communication
• MUST reside close to Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi

A plus

• Google Ads certifications (e.g., Search Advanced) — carry significant weight
• Experience with website management, SEO, email marketing, or blogging

Salary: Rs40,000-60,000

Timings: Mon-Sat 1-9pm

Location: Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
