About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, AI-native digital marketer and creative who can both run performance campaigns and produce AI-generated video and visual content.
You’ll:
- Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
- Create AI avatar–based product marketing videos and AI-designed posters/thumbnails
- Use AI tools and automation workflows to generate high-quality content, insights, and reporting
You’ll play a key role in identifying market trends, search behavior, and emerging audience opportunities, using SEO, keyword research, and competitive intelligence to position our product effectively across every stage of the marketing funnel.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
- Continuously analyze performance and drive improvements in ROAS, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates
- Manage targeting, segmentation, and A/B testing for creative and audience optimization
- Coordinate landing pages, tracking, and conversion events with the wider team
2. AI-Driven Content & Creative Production
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Runway, Leonardo.ai, Veo, Sora, HeyGen, Synthesia, Pika, ElevenLabs, etc.) to create compelling content for ads and organic channels
- Conceptualize, script, and produce short-form AI videos featuring AI avatars / digital humans (“fake insan”) to promote products on TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and YouTube
- Design AI-powered posters, ad creatives, thumbnails, and carousels for performance and brand campaigns
- Build automated workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com to streamline:
- Content ideation
- Asset generation
- Content scheduling / posting
- Performance reporting
- Generate creatives, ad copies, hooks, and video storyboards based on campaign insights and audience behavior
- Ensure brand consistency across all AI-generated videos and designs
3. Market & Trend Intelligence
- Conduct SEO and keyword research to identify high-potential search trends and audience interests
- Analyze market and competitor trends using AI-based and manual research tools
- Translate insights into actionable strategies for different funnel stages: awareness, consideration, and conversion
- Collaborate with leadership on brand storytelling, campaign angles, and content themes aligned to market movement
- Identify new formats (UGC-style AI videos, talking-head avatar ads, vertical creative trends) to stay ahead of the curve
4. Performance Optimization & Reporting
- Build dashboards and reports highlighting campaign ROI and content performance
- Continuously experiment with new AI/automation methods to improve efficiency, reach, and creative output
- Test multiple AI video and poster variants to identify top-performing creatives
- Share learnings, insights, and best practices with the wider team on a regular basis
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance media
- Proven success with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Strong grasp of SEO principles, search intent analysis, and keyword optimization
- Hands-on experience with AI-based content tools such as:
- Video & avatar tools: Veo, Sora, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Synthesia, Colossyan, etc.
- Image & poster tools: Leonardo.ai, Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to create AI avatar videos and AI-designed visuals for real campaigns (portfolio or samples preferred)
- Familiar with marketing automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make.com
- Creative storyteller with analytical depth, able to connect content with performance data
Preferred Skills
- Experience with eCommerce, retail, or D2C campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing, or marketing funnels
- Video editing or creative direction experience (especially short-form vertical content)
- Ability to brief and manage AI avatars / digital presenters in a way that feels natural and on-brand
- Bilingual (English + Arabic) is an advantage
