The Digital Marketing Executive (Arabic Speaker) is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This role supports brand growth, increases online visibility, and drives customer engagement through creative content, social media management, paid ads, and performance analytics. The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, with strong knowledge of the GCC market.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow the brand’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, X, etc.).
  • Create engaging Arabic and English content including posts, stories, reels, and captions.
  • Plan social media calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and brand interactions.

2. Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Write clear, compelling Arabic content for ads, social media, website banners, and email campaigns.
  • Assist in creating visuals with the graphic design team (images, videos, reels).
  • Ensure cultural relevance and accuracy in Arabic content.

3. Digital Advertising (Paid Ads)

  • Assist in running and optimizing Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and other paid campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets.
  • Analyze ROI and suggest improvements.

4. Website & E-commerce Support

  • Update content on the website (banners, product descriptions, promotions).
  • Ensure Arabic content is accurate and aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Support online promotions, campaigns, and product launches.

5. SEO & SEM Support

  • Assist in keyword research (Arabic & English).
  • Optimize website content and meta tags.
  • Monitor search performance and recommend improvements.

6. Email & SMS Marketing

  • Create Arabic and English email newsletters, subject lines, and SMS campaigns.
  • Manage customer segmentation and tracking.
  • Analyze open rates, CTR, and conversions.

7. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report digital performance across all channels.
  • Provide weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth.

8. Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, design, sales, and e-commerce teams.
  • Support campaign planning across digital and offline channels.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations in GCC markets.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written & verbal).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (retail or e-commerce is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
  • Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent copywriting skills in Arabic.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of GCC market culture and trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
