Job Overview

PSR Compliance is looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in SEO, Content Strategy, Paid Advertising, and Team Leadership.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in driving organic growth, running paid campaigns, and leading a team to achieve measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies
• Conduct advanced keyword research and competitor analysis
• Improve website rankings and organic traffic
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics & Search Console
• Handle technical SEO improvements

Content Marketing

• Create and manage content strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee blogs, landing pages, and service page content
• Ensure SEO-optimized and conversion-focused content
• Manage content calendar and publishing schedule

Paid Marketing (Performance Marketing)

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
• Manage ad budgets and maximize ROI
• Conduct A/B testing and campaign optimization
• Generate high-quality leads through paid channels

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team
• Assign tasks and monitor KPIs
• Conduct regular performance reviews
• Coordinate with sales and design teams
• Drive overall digital growth strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong expertise in SEO, Content, and Paid Advertising
• Proven experience in team handling and leadership role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making

Preferred Skills

• Experience in service-based or compliance industry
• Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Tag Manager
• Knowledge of conversion tracking & funnel optimization
