- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Oversee a social media strategy.
- Manage and maintain the organization’s website(s).
- Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct keyword research to identify terms and phrases that potential customers are searching for.
- Build backlinks and engage in link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings.
- Regularly audit the website for SEO best practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
- Perform administrative duties, including handling correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and sales team members.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure office equipment is properly maintained.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage and oversee social media accounts.
