1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

· Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

· Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns through paid and organic channels.

· Ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

2. SEO & Website Optimization

· Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO optimization.

· Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and technical SEO elements to improve search rankings.

· Monitor website performance, reducing bounce rates and increasing conversions.

· Identify and resolve SEO-related issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and slow page speed.

· Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to track SEO progress.

3. Social Media Management

· Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).

· Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, and videos.

· Engage with followers, respond to comments, and increase audience interaction.

· Develop and execute influencer and brand collaboration strategies.

4. Paid Advertising (PPC & Social Media Ads)

· Plan and execute Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

· Monitor ad performance, optimize bids, and improve ad targeting to enhance ROI.

· Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives and landing pages.

5. Content Marketing & Email Campaigns

· Collaborate with content writers and designers to create blogs, landing pages, and social media posts.

· Optimize content for search engines and user engagement.

· Implement email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.

· Track email campaign performance and improve open rates and conversions.

6. Performance Analysis & Reporting

· Track digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.

· Generate performance reports and provide insights for strategy improvement.

· Use A/B testing and analytics tools to optimize digital marketing efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Demonstrated experience in SEO
  • Proven SEM experience, including managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing
  • Prior experience in E-commerce is essential
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Proficiency with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
  • Experience conducting A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  • Bachelor of Master’s degree in a quantitative, test-driven field
  • Portfolio submission is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
