Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to support admissions, branding, and institutional visibility. The role requires hands-on execution, performance tracking, and close coordination with internal teams and external agencies.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- LinkedIn (where applicable)
- Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and cost efficiency.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and creatives.
Lead Generation & Admissions Support
- Generate qualified leads for admissions across all institutions and programs.
- Coordinate with admissions teams for lead quality, follow-up, and conversion tracking.
- Implement tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking).
Content & Creative Coordination
- Work with the Social Media Manager, designers, and videographers for campaign creatives.
- Assist in drafting ad copies, landing page content, and call-to-action messaging.
- Ensure alignment with institutional brand guidelines.
Website & SEO Support
- Support basic website optimization and landing page improvements.
- Assist in SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and content alignment.
- Monitor website traffic, bounce rates, and user behavior.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance metrics including CTR, CPL, CPA, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for Management.
- Use insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
Compliance & Coordination
- Ensure all digital communication adheres to institutional policies and regulatory norms.
- Coordinate with Principals, Admissions, and Marketing teams for program-specific campaigns.
- Maintain proper documentation of campaigns, creatives, and budgets.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in education or service sectors.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and landing page optimization.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
