Digital Marketing Executive & E-commerce Account Manager

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is an expert in Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube marketing and can also manage our Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify store accounts. The role includes running ads, creating content strategies, handling product listings, managing orders, and growing online sales for our saree brand.

Key Responsibilities

1️ Social Media Marketing (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)

• Plan and execute content strategy for reels, posts & stories
• Manage daily posting schedule & engagement
• Run Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook Ads)
• Run YouTube Shorts & video promotions
• Handle DMs, comments & lead generation
• Work with influencers & creators
• Track reach, engagement & conversions

2️ E-commerce Account Management (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify)

• Create & optimize product listings (SEO titles, keywords, images, descriptions)
• Manage inventory & pricing
• Handle order processing & returns coordination
• Run marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)
• Monitor account health, ratings & reviews
• Optimize conversion rate on Shopify store
• Handle offers, deals & festive campaigns

3️ Performance Marketing & Analytics

• Plan ad budgets & ROAS targets
• Track daily sales & campaign performance
• Prepare weekly & monthly reports
• Improve CAC, CTR & conversion rate
• Scale winning creatives & ads

4️ Brand Growth & Campaign Planning

• Plan product launch campaigns
• Create festival sale strategies (Onam, Vishu, Wedding Season)
• Coordinate with photo/video team
• Ensure brand consistency across platforms

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook Ads Manager & YouTube
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub & Shopify
• Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings
• Understanding of creatives, hooks & viral content
• Data-driven approach (ROAS, CTR, CPA, ACoS)
• Basic design sense (Canva / Photoshop – optional)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
