Digital Marketing Executive (female)

We are seeking an experienced female Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute digital strategies that enhance our online presence, generate quality leads, and improve student engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the education sector, specifically FMGE aspirants.

Lead Generation:

Drive student enrollments through performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Social Media Management:

Create and manage content calendars, graphics, reels, and paid ads to build brand awareness and community engagement.

SEO/SEM:

Optimize website and landing pages for search engines. Manage and analyze paid ad campaigns for maximum ROI.

Email & WhatsApp Marketing:

Execute targeted email campaigns and automated WhatsApp drip campaigns for nurturing leads and boosting conversions.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and report on KPIs to suggest improvements.

Collaboration:

Work closely with academic and counseling teams to align marketing efforts with student needs and course offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum 6months -2years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, Canva, etc.

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

A passion for education and student-centric marketing

Preferred

Prior experience with FMGE/medical coaching institutes

Basic video editing skills (for reels and YouTube content)

Good in English and Hindi speaking.

Working hours: Mon to Sat, 9:30am to 6:30pm

Salary range: 20000- 28000/month (no bar for potential candidates).
