Telecaller & Digital Marketing Executive (Female Candidates Only)

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and confident female Tele caller & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and cold calls, arranging meetings, generating leads, and supporting digital marketing activities to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Tele calling Duties:

• Make outbound and cold calls to potential clients.
• Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
• Arrange meetings and forward confirmed leads to the sales team.
• Maintain a record of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.

Digital Marketing Duties:

• Assist in managing company social media pages and online presence.
• Create and post engaging content to attract and retain followers.
• Run basic online marketing campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Support in email marketing and lead generation activities.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for content planning and analytics.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling, telesales, and digital marketing.
• Must hold a valid spouse visa.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in outbound and cold calling.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
