Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and manage online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and manage content for websites, blogs, and social media channels.
- Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic rankings.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools.
- Coordinate with designers and content teams to create engaging visuals and copy.
- Track, measure, and report on KPIs including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads or Analytics certification.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
