About the Role

We are looking for a Female Digital Marketing Executive with hands‑on experience in Facebook and Instagram advertising (Meta Ads) to join our growing startup team in Karachi.

This role focuses on lead generation, social media marketing, and campaign optimization to help scale a local service platform. The ideal candidate understands performance marketing, lead funnels, and data‑driven campaign optimization.

You will work directly with founders in a fast‑paced startup environment, helping drive customer acquisition through digital marketing strategies and paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) lead generation campaigns
• Manage paid social media advertising budgets and targeting
• Analyze campaign performance including CPL (Cost per Lead), conversion rates, and ROI
• Develop and manage social media content strategies for growth
• Generate and track local leads for service‑based campaigns
• Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and targeting
• Monitor campaign analytics and provide performance reports
• Collaborate with founders to improve lead generation funnels and marketing strategies

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
• Experience analyzing CPL, conversions, and campaign performance metrics
• Creative thinking combined with data‑driven decision making
• Strong English communication and writing skills
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with ownership mindset
